Shipping policy

The terms of purchase below apply to purchases in Violea's web shop at www.violea.se. To shop in the webshop you must be 18 years of age. We reserve the right for any printing errors in product information, final sales and supplier price increases and because product images do not always accurately reflect the products' true appearance as the color of monitors / mobile phones / toads may vary. Many of our products can contain minor beauty flaws as they are hand-made from raw materials. This is perfectly normal. Order The minimum order is SEK 100 including VAT. VAT is included in the price by 25%. When the buyer completes an order in the shop, by completing the payment step, the buyer agrees that Violea's staff will begin to fulfill the order. When ordering, an agreement is reached between the buyer and Violea, and the buyer receives an order confirmation via e-mail. If you find that the confirmation is not in accordance with your order, you must notify Violea by e-mail at order@violea.se We reserve the right for any printing and writing errors or incorrect information from third parties. In case of price adjustments on placed order you are always informed of this and you have your full right to either accept the change or cancel the order. Contact customer service immediately at customer support@violea.se after placing your order if you wish to change the status of your order. The change can be made free of charge as long as Violea's staff has not processed the order. If the ordered product (s) have already been shipped from us and the delivery cannot be stopped, it is the customer's duty to receive the delivery and send it back to us if the customer has canceled the purchase. Shipping cost Shipping cost is charged at SEK 49 within Sweden regardless of the number of products. This is done automatically in the webshop and the cost of shipping is reported at checkout. Pricing is based on PostNord's postage table for letters and parcels. Orders from other countries have a shipping cost based on weight and where the order should be sent. Payment We accept payment with the most common credit card types through the Stripe payment service, as well as Paypal or Klarna, where you can also pay later or split the payment. We offer a secure purchase and your information is treated confidentially and no unauthorized person can see or get hold of your card details. Delivery It usually takes 1-2 days to prepare your order and your package will be delivered to you within 1-3 business days. You can check the status and / or track your order through the link you receive after the order is placed. In the event of different delivery times, you are informed of this via the website and via the order confirmation. You have the right to cancel the purchase if you do not approve the new delivery date. Products ordered through Violea are mainly delivered within Sweden. For delivery abroad, contact us at order@violea.se for the correct shipping cost. We send orders as postal packages or item letters. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the carrier. The shipment is sent in discrete boxes and which is anonymous in appearance so you should feel safe with your delivery. Complaint Check your goods when you receive them. If something should be incorrectly picked or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. (If you do not advertise the product in a reasonable time, which is 14 days according to the Consumer Purchase Act, the complaint does not apply.) Approved complaints are made at no cost to you.
